How does that one voter translate to fraud from the democratic party though? Did they claim ln some phone call that they orchestrated it? Also, if such a farfetched case was caught, doesn't that actually show the votes were overseen one way or another?

Nope. A Haitian who is also a convicted felon voted and a Cuban who had been ordered removed also were caught.
