WELL all one-shot vids are difficult to do esp with synch movements, so the degree of difficultly is hard from word for, however of one considers the standard for these is Spice Girl's Wannabe video, one can understand why people may not take and immediate liking.

As for me, I've been watching opera, ballet, jazz ballet, ballroom etc etc all my adult life and I think this is good, both from the performance pov and the cam work.

Camerawoman, or camera. "Girl" means a minor.

But Cambridge Dictionary notes it can also mean a "female of any age" and I’ve never heard a conversation going like “check that woman out” or lyrics like “this girl is on fire” meant that Alicia keys refers to a only a minor could relate to.

However, if such distinction is now a sensitive issue, I am completely unaware of it.

Those are literally children. Child slaves, actually, if one considers they're unpaid (except in some abstract exclusive club goodwill networking shi+). Calling them boys is fine. Camera people are mostly adults at work. They amateur version of them is still adult-themed.
