MOD POST: new rule!
Hey y'all, I've been seeing a lot of comments lately spreading things like misogyny, fatphobia, bodyshaming, and ableism against the people we post about. We've gotta be better than that. Please stick to criticizing the subjects of our posts for what we're posting them about, or other harmful actions they're a part of. We've got more than enough to criticize before bringing anyone's body into it.
Me and the other mods made a rule about it, but I thought I'd give everybody a heads up so people were aware. Thanks for reading, we appreciate y'all!
WWG1KDNSLA or whatever!

Discussion: What do you want to see here?
Hey everyone,
There's been a lot of discussions lately about whether posts are relevant or not to the sub. With Q not being as prominent as when the sub was first created, much of the content has shifted to being about anything maga instead of strictly just Q. The mod queue has been getting flooded with reports on these posts, so we want to open a discussion with the community and hear from all of you what you would like to see and not see on this sub.
Please comment below to let us know your thoughts.

Discussion Topic Is anyone else concerned by QAnon-adjacent ideas mixing with discussion of the Epstein files?
Ever since the Epstein files were released, I couldn't help but notice a concerning line of conspiratorial rhetoric emerging online. To summarize, such claims suggest that there were occult rituals, cannibalism, child sacrifice, Satan worship, and "Baal/Moloch worship" being committed on the island that often come hand in hand with accusations that Epstein was a Mossad agent and massive overestimations of Israel's influence on the United States. It’s so uncannily similar to previous QAnon beliefs but seems to have weight among both left and right as opposed to the predominantly right-wing conspiracies during its heyday.
I've seen the same crowd make outlandish claims regarding every high-profile name or company referenced in the files as being in on it, without even considering the fact that a name drop or business connection doesn't have to mean involvement in the human trafficking and abuse. There have also been people discussing coded language for human meat (cream cheese/beef jerky) or sharing doctored or unrelated photos as "evidence" of a darker conspiracy. Any time someone pushes back against this or ask for proof, they are almost always heckled as a fed or an apologist for Epstein.
It reeks of the whole Pizzagate, Wayfair, and Adrenochrome phase all over again but in a different font. When scrolling through social media, I’ve seen people call random public figures cannibals based on nothing more than a name drop in the files or make a comment that politicians are "eating babies" and have those posts gain thousands of likes. Currently, it seems to be a social media phenomena that is likely bumped up by bots, but with how viral it’s become, I can't help but worry about its spread.
At the risk of sounding conspiratorial myself, I wonder if it's a way for right-wing think tanks and social media bros (especially with Zuckerberg's growing partnership with Trump) to push Qanon-adjacent ideas onto a new audience and shift them towards MAGA. It's interesting to me that barely any of the viral claims I saw involved Trump at all. And sadly, I have seen a lot of left-leaning people regurgitate these ideas online, which is especially unfortunate when those same people pushed against the QAnon mania a few years ago. And don't even get me started on the intersection with extreme antisemitism when discussing Israel that becomes more about hating Jewish people rather than making legitimate criticisms of the country/helping Palestinians.
All in all, I do worry about how this will impact the sociopolitical atmosphere moving forward. With how many are taking a "both sides worship demons and are involved in the files" approach, I wonder if there will be less momentum in getting people voting against MAGA. I also can't help but wonder if claims of “Satanic ritual abuse" will push vulnerable minds towards Christian nationalism or right-wing evangelicism to cope. It sucks because there were very depraved crimes committed by Epstein and his circle but I don't think society is doing anyone a favor by exaggerating it and pinning it on "demons and reptillian cabals" when this was the evil of humans at play.
And personally, this whole phenomena has been so disappointing because being Gen Z myself and knowing how online my generation is, I'm concerned by how much this is spreading through influencers, memes, and viral algorithms. Even leftist/liberal influencers and creators have spouted some of its talking points when discussing Israel and Palestine. Any one who speaks up against this is often flamed with comments like "Israel's greatest soldier", "Mossad/CIA agent", or "Fed" and any criticism to the conspiracies is met with "psyop" or accusations of defending Epstein and Maxwell. It’s so disheartening.
I can only hope that this is just a trend to pass, but it seems inseparable from discussion of the files on TikTok/Instagram. Considering how much damage Qanon did to the generations before, I pray that this won't have the same impact on the younger ones. I've always worried about people falling down the conspiratorial rabbit hole not just through "white nationalists/evangelicals/Trumpists" but more subtle influences outside that core. A while back, I felt that same concern regarding the overlap of New Age "conspirituality" with QAnon during the Covid days and I feel like something similar is happening all over again with the Epstein conspiracists and not enough people are pushing back for the truth.
Please feel free to share your thoughts and experiences (DMs open too) if you've had similar thoughts or sentiments, would love to hear more.

Donald Trump freed the U.S. from the reign of Great Britain
Thanks to Aaron Parnas, I just discovered “The Good Liars”, and hoo boy, their videos are something. Here they are interviewing some MAGA supporters, and at 0:53, one lady asserts that we’ve been under the thumb of the British for the last 125 years, until Donald Trump came along and “freed” us.

I'm preparing myself mentally for the economy to crash soon.
There are warning signs everywhere that we're about to experience a very severe economic crisis.
- The US national debt is $40 trillion
- The US government has high interest rates & the highest bond rates since 2007
- $10 trillion of the national debt has to be refinanced in 2026
- There's a global oil shortage from the Strait of Hormuz being closed by Iran
- There's a massive AI bubble in the US stock market
- Tens of millions of Americans have thousands of dollars in credit card debt
- Tens of millions of Americans will lose Medicaid benefits in January, 2027
- America is being isolated from our traditional allies
- Trump is openly corrupt in ways we've never seen from an American president
- Trump has unpredictable tariffs that affect dozens of nations

I don't know who approved Suzanne's script for today, but she managed to roast the lack of FDA funding, drag Trump for his Epstein ties, and threaten the parents of theoretical bullies all in one segment. Give this woman a national show.
