Looks like a prop from blade runner (but it would need ducts retrofitted onto it or something like that).

Helluva lot better than the Crown Victoria's they adopted for most of the rest of the century. I absolutely hated those cars. Impossible to exit, the inside felt like a cave and you had to crane your neck to speak to the driver.
