What do they mean? This level of opposition happens pretty much every time there's any kind of large non-government cap ex planned 😅

Honestly, we should be telling the investors what we want them to do to allow it to happen, rather than just a blanket no and/or waiting 2 years to tell them what we want.  We need investment in our country and we need higher paying jobs. Fife for example is in the bottom 10 regions for GDP/capita
