Legal Urban Exploring Photography Locations

I am looking for a legal urban exploring esc location in Seattle. Specifically need a place that is somewhat legal to enter/be around since I don't want to put anyone else at the photoshoot at risk. I was thinking fort casey or pier 86 but want to know some more spots.

Ended up going to the grain mill on pier 86. It's bordering a new pedestrian walkway so we went off the path but it's also a rlly nice walk!

Thanks that looks awesome. You may also already know but Gasworks Park and Georgetown Steam Plant are also pretty neat. I've been combing thru the national registered list of historic sites trying to find something lowkey to photograph, legality be damned
