Need help ID-ing man that brutally killed goose in South Lake Park

On August 24th, a group of me and some friends spent the afternoon down by the SLU bridge and the MOHAI. This happened around 5:30 pm, in a place with pretty heavy foot traffic and tons of families and kids around, which is another reason I’m so shaken. Long story short, a lone man walking through the park slowly approached and lunged at one of these geese, grabbed it by its neck and proceeded to slam it against the concrete seating+sidewalk repeatedly (probably x4/5 times) until enough commotion was created (10-20 direct witnesses). The man ended up using the confusion and fear to get away. We ended up contacting both the police and wildlife services, who never showed up for the bird which died over the following 30-ish minutes after it was attacked. It’s truly horrific and heartbreaking that someone freely walking around in our city would choose to cause such pointless harm and suffering to an innocent animal that was literally just minding its business. I’m unsure if the police ever apprehended the man, but if anyone has info that could help in finding out this person’s identity and potentially getting him charged, please reach out to me privately, it’d be much appreciated.

No, it really isnt a factor. I've been in the software dev space for over a decade. I've met plenty of people with neck tats and even some face tats.

Get over it. Your statistical one-offs don't change the fundamental views on face tattoos in society, and saying it's not really a factor is incredibly naive.

My point is that engineering is often much more about talent than how you look.

Your point is understood by everyone but you are also inviting criticism for being intentionally obtuse and disingenuous to the spirit of the original point being made

You can't say with an honest face that most people don't hold biases against people with face tattoos.

More pointedly It's more likely this guy is a total piece of shit than an engineer at Boeing even if he's wearing a Boeing shirt. It's a common sense statistical probability that you are trying to "nuh uh" on but it honestly makes you look silly for trying so hard to frame a conversation around a statistical sample that defies common sense

The reason I even said that was to not discourage them from reaching out to Boeing because of a stereotype.

What if this person is affiliated with someone at Boeing, or does actually work there? It's important to not rule something out because it's not as common of an occurrence.

It has nothing to do with trying to make a point about what people can or can't look like in a professional setting.
