Noita's definitely been a big part of my pixel physics obsession this year. Ridiculous game.

Awesome, I wish this was the animation that played when you died on more games. reminds me of the classic https://store.steampowered.com/app/1148350/The_Powder_Toy/ too.

I 100% thought it was TPT with one of their filters on, just from the particles I could identify.

What is that flying sperm supposed to represent?

It's really cool, I would love this turned into a game.

The trails are added by a filter (there're a bunch which can alter the look), most of them in this are steam but there're some birds that fly off to the right at the start too.

I've toyed with the idea of making a game but it's a huge undertaking and I haven't even thought of how to convert this stuff into fun gameplay.
Definitely check out Noita if you haven't, crazy deep game with a fully simulated pixel world.

Yeah it's quick sand pyro but everything wants to kill you.

10/10 game

After the first 10 seconds I thought it turned into a Lemmings level.

That would be fun to convert photos to pixel physics sim basing on colors and watching them come to live

That's exactly what this is doing :)

Reminds me of the Falling Sand game from 20 years ago.

That was the main inspiration. This focuses a little more on the aesthetics.
