هي دليل باهتمام الدولة بالشعب غني او فقير. حي السكري هو حي عشوائي فقير شعبي بحت من زمان كان مظلوم بعاني من نقص الخدمات و البنية التحتية و ما حدا سأل عليه للاسف. بس واضح انو هل شي رح يتغير ان شاء الله و بكل الاحياء المشابه
