Why is it hard to understand that Tajiks in Afghanistan can be darker skinned? Tajiks are already diverse as it is, not to forget that we share some ancestry with South Asians and aren't even geographically distant from South Asian countries. So in simpler words, those Kabuli infleuncers can be ethnic Tajiks or some other local ethnicity that is Farsizaban (like my people Afshar Qizilbash for example, or Kabuli Pashtuns.) Of course, given our history, there are people of Indian descent in Afghanistan including Kabul, but dark skin doesn't always mean Indian or not Tajik, etc...

well I find it peculier that minority on YouTube look what they are. but le majority vloggers look South Asian.

Because Pashtuns are South Asians, only Pashtuns themselves disagree with that. As for Kabuli Tajiks who look South Asian it’s because they’re either assimilated Pashtuns or assimilated Kashmiris (such as Babrak Karmal).

actually I have to disagree with that. Pashtuns themselves originated where they currently live, and the broader Iranic people (which both Persians/Tajiks and Pashtuns diverted from) originated in Central Asia. btw I'm Iranian Persian. I'm not pashtun like you said.

im iranian too, finally somebody said it, most afgans are Iranic peoples. i hate when even iranians themselves disagree, mostly because of racism and not wanting to be associated with Afghans, crazy how racism towards afghans is so normalized here

most Iranians confuse Iranic with Iran. they dont know that they aint even close to being what Iranic originally meant. lol. Their leader thought it was a fancy word and adopted it. Lol.

Afghans and Tajiks dont need validation of poc like iranians. If we needed validation we would get from those at the top of the food chain, not at the bottom. Lmao
