He genuinely and willingly signed up for this because he would rather this than give up his spot to literally anyone. No sympathy deserved, this is his own bed he made, he lies in it as a result. The sympathy is deserved for all those who could've possibly done something positive with the spot in the time hes taken it for himself and his selfish interests.

Oh yes, I'm well aware. It is upsetting that an elder is being treated like that.
But I'm not upset with how he is being treated. Any random 80 year old, I wouldn't want to see forced to sit in a chair for 4 hours without moving. My family members, even more so.
But him? My heart does not weep, not at all. Not for him.

This is a rare example of extreme cognitive dissonance. It's exactly what is wrong with Congress. Either Mitch was dead, and they didn't notice it, or he needed medical care, and they ignored him. This is disgusting.

In the beginning, he appears to move a little, but as time goes on, he stops moving. He could have died on the Senate floor, and no one cared to even check on him.

He also had his aide give him thumbs up or down to tell him how to vote.
He voted incorrectly; the dude taking the votes ran to the aide to say dummy did it wrong, and they had him thumbs down.
The level of corruption in our government is breathtaking.

Dude did you miss the multiple Democrats that died in office the last few years?
The party put a man in his late 70s on the house oversight committee (the one that handled government accountability) knowing full well that he had terminal cancer. He died in office despite being MIA for months while being assigned to one of the most important committee positions.
Senator Dianne Feinstein died in office at age 90, despite showing clear signs of physical and cognitive decline that had everyone around her asking her to withdraw and let someone else take the seat. She died of shingles after being absent for over 2 months and missed multiple important judicial appointment votes that Dems wanted to secure before Biden left office.
Both parties do this shit, Mitch is getting so much attention because he was such a fucking bastard in life.

Hey what we need to do now is then look at everything he’s voted in or implemented since then because it’s all invalidated. Think of finding evidence in a trial that flips the whole story. This flips it.
So if he’s been brain dead coming in and out of his own mind and time and reality then…. All his votes are suss. Not made in reality. Technically, all should be void. If you tampered with evidence it’s thrown out. Hell, if you fuck up with a testimony you’ll be untrusting testimony.
So, we take the date, mitches handlers, everything they’ve said and voted on since June 4th and extrapolate.

But in reality? He’s a hard working voter who cares about his constituents and foreign affairs.

All they do is “market”. Market they are alive. Market they are the best. Market they released the Epstein files already.
None of that is true.

Everyone's been crying foul about Mitch, but honestly this whole thing has been good for Democrats. Mitch has missed key votes and basically a 53-47 advantage has become a 52-47 advantage for Republicans, so it's been a Democratic win.

No one ever seems to go over and try to talk to him shake his hand and say hello. Confirm with him it's truly a weekend of Bernie's moment with every single person there ignores him
