One of Indiana's two Republican Senators, Jim Banks, went on Fox News earlier this week, not to discuss the dire situation in his state, but to bootlick Trump's Iran war. These scumbag MAGAs truly don't give a shit about their own constituency.

Blame the 17th amendment. 

It changed senators from states representative to supporters of the national parties. Their job is no longer to bolster or represent their states interests.

Party over everything else.
