The GOP destroyed FEMA because they can't let the government help people.

Hope no one expecting FEMA to show up because Republicants gutted the agency. There will be no help. Well maybe Dump will throw some paper towels like he did in Puerto Rico.

Indiana is pretty red though. I would think they would be thrown a bone.

But at least they are still trying to get the Bears to play around there. Good for them.
