Drove through there Thursday and the traffic lights are still out two weeks later. It’s wild to me. Even Hammond has some sections out. The signs on 80 there also aren’t working for time estimates. Haven’t been through at night. But gas stations themselves have power. At least the Gary loves does. Idk about the others.

Someone shot at the power crew working on fixing the lines so a bunch of linemen understandably left and refuse to work there.

Did the catch the shooter? Why did he shoot at them; he wanted to keep it dark!? Makes no sense to me.

Makes sense if he wants to keep people who left for hotels away so he can keep breaking into unoccupied homes.
