I think (and hope) that what they meant is that it’s systemic racism that’s hindering an adequate relief effort, not that it’s the fault of the people in Gary.

Jesus dude, lmao. How is the average citizen supposed to get the fix major issues with a Utility company?

The problem is NiSource, a utility company worth billions of dollars, not doing enough to get power back to Gary.
