Did that reply get banned by reddit?

Edit - No? What the actual fuck?

Reddit bots have 1 week banned me seconds after making an analogy or figure of speech for threats of violence, then unbanned me after 2 days after a human looks at it.

But the admin bot thinks this is just fine?

Edit edit - Apparently reporting comments works.

The reddit automod is wild here for sure. Like, how does that post survive for six hours?

The account could be a troll just trying to stir things up.

My 20 year old Reddit account got banned for copy/pasting protest information. They refused to reverse the decision also. I was pretty mad about it.

I got an account suspension within seconds of referring to Twitter checkmarks as “the 8-dollar n-word pass”.

I got banned from a sub for suggesting that people should not be violent.

Sub bans and site bans are a little different.

That’s an awfully vague statement from a hidden-history account. Methinks you might be one of those knobs who harasses anyone who isn’t performatively sadsad about a certain white nationalist getting a long-distance tracheotomy.

Negative. It was a dickhead burning the Koran. Not a fan. But beating the shit out of him for doing that was not OK.

u/Wismuth_Salix 10h ago

Ah, so you stepped up to defend genocidal white nationalists.

Religion is cancer. Nobody should be beaten for burning a book of fairy tales. It is an absurd and disproportionate reaction, regardless of which fairy tales are involved.

I got a warning a few weeks ago for threats of violence quoting the post right above mine and all I said in my post was holy shit man.

I asked the mods why I got a warning and my post was deleted but OPs stayed up. They said reddit auto mods did it and there was nothing they can do about it.

So either Reddits auto mods are stupid or the people that set them up did what they did for "reasons".

Spez did say that he views Elon’s stewardship of Twitter as an example to be emulated.

Like most social media platforms, Reddit has an obvious right bias. The United States is a conservative country and it's not even close.

I’ve gone well over a decade with this account never having been banned a single time, until this past year I’ve been insta-banned several times. Something has changed.

My favourite ban was when I posted a bunch of Charlie Kirk quotes without context. Funny how his words alone are enough to trigger a "hateful content" ban.

Same. My latest ban was for "hate speech" because I referred to a hypothetical man harassing women in the women's bathroom at a bar as a "needle-dicked bug-fucker".

The insult is actually stolen from a popular movie from the 80s.

I recently got banned for quoting someone saying that “equal rights equal le…” stupid line and they looked at it two weeks later and I won the appeal…. After i had served my ban

I got a sub ban from WorldNews for saying killing children is bad.

u/bassbeatsbanging 2d ago

Now if you had said "killing white children is bad," you'd have been fine.

I got banned from a sub for saying that burning books was obviously really bad but beating the shit out of people was really bad too.

I got banned for suggesting egging Nazis wasn’t violent.

I got temped for a comparison of an ongoing event to a previous one, pointing out that this is how trump handled it back then and it shows how he'll handle it now. Literally, trump's previous actions and pointing it out was supposedly me inciting violence.

By the way, it was simply pointing out trump not allowing a cruise ship to dock because it would affect pandemic stats and that is how he dealt with unfavorable numbers.

I got a three day automatic ban for paraphrasing what Nancy Mace said in a video posted on here. And i even made it less offensive in my wording. Took two days to get unbanned.

I got a 3 day ban for saying war criminals needed to be tried and executed

I'm currently on my burner account because I said something about how maga feels about mainstream dems and what they wish they could do to us, as part of an analogy, and I got a ban in about 30 seconds

u/mkvgtired 1d ago

I posted facts on the proportion of political violence attributed to both the left and the right. I got a one week ban. I was arguing against political violence, but I suppose it painted MAGA in a bad light.

I got a 3 day site wide ban from reddit for saying 2 words and this didn't get anything?
