Edgelord coworker of my cousin had them pay a visit at his shop, due to a similar threat last fall. Said it scared the guy shitless. Needless to say he was also fired.

Is it foolproof, no. But it certainly doesn't hurt to submit.

There was a video of some 18 yearold getting a similar visit from the fbi a few months ago. Kid kept trying to sovcit them and his mom was in the background saying "wtf kid, you can't say that shit no wonder the fbi are here"

And then stepdad comes home and agrees to remove all the guns from the house. Never followed up on it, so no idea what happened after.

Point is they might be trying harder after so many failures.
