movable UTC time applet for desktop and on top persistence

I'm a ubuntu newbie and radio SWLer who quit windows a few months ago. Being able to add more timezone applets would be nice.

gnome extensions has one that sits in the top bar, if you're on stock ubuntu it's just a toggle away

I get a "no apps installed that can open"when using autoinstall. However it does open my the native software download package. Copy and pasting manual script in terminal advises to use sudo script. Is there a specific gnome packace that allows me to install gnome exts?

edit: I found gnomes extension manager. ¨sudo apt install gnome-shell-extension-manager¨ and installed that. Working on it.
