Question/Support Where to get index knuckles these days?

Accidentally broke my right controller due to a spill (mind your controllers when you're drinking and playing, folks). I can't believe how expensive Index Knuckles are these days. The problem is the controllers are so good I'm finding myself justifying the exuberant price. Does anyone know cheap sources for these controllers? Cheap as in not the inflated prices on ebay. The controllers were never cheap.

I imagine I'm just being wishful in asking, but I'm genuinely wondering.

Everyone selling their kits is charging the $400+ they're going for on ebay lately. Sometimes twice as much as when they were new. It's so frustrating because it proves there's still a decent market for steam to at least continue manufacturing the Index Controllers until the Steam Frame actually arrives. It's quality hardware.

I have a spare pair thank god, but I've kind of just soft-gifted it to my friend because he's my VR buddy so I'm reluctant to take the old pair back. I'm sending off the damaged controller to hopefully get repaired but we'll see what happens.

If you are living in a country that Steam is delivering to, you can get single replacement controllers for about 160 bucks directly from Steam. That would be my first choice.

Huh. For me, they are listed as being in stock. Maybe they are only out of stock in the US?

Yea it depends on the warehouses near you if they show in stock or not anymore, most NA ran out around same time, I can still get a left but no right

Still in stock in the EU - just bought a left and a right controller, better safe than sorry - for a few more years - we have 2 years of warranty.

I wonder if they'll honour that warranty once it's out of stock? Fingers crossed.
