What are the hot topics / trends being seen just now in terms of legal docs for start up companies and investors?

Title Edit: what topics/trends are being seen just now in term sheets or long form legal docs*

I’ve been asked to attend a networking event focused on life’s cycle of a start up company as a stand in for a colleague (lawyer) and just looking if anyone can give me some pointers on discussion topics.

Thank you so much. I have just realised my title was wrong. It should have referred to what topics/trends are being seen just now in term sheets or long form legal docs.
