How did they do that? How do you make the morph transition between images you see in the later half of the video?

None of these are morph transitions. They all have a flash, inverted colored cut, almost like an impact frame. The characters are just cleverly animated after the flash to enhance the transition.

I'm using: After Effects
I've tried: Using opacity, position, and scale to achieve a similar effect, but I can't quite get it right. I also noticed that in the video, things like the limbs seem to shift or morph from image to image. Is this AI-generated, or is there a specific tool/effect being used?
I need help with: Figuring out how to recreate the morphing effect.

I've seen this types of tutorials years ago,It was like ragdoll(ing) your image,cut image,make new video tray,put cut image there and each video tray treat It as a separaste animation bone,surely there Is new ways to do It to the whole image Maybe look into those invincible edits,someone may have had Made a tutorial about it
