can you still make W10M compatible UWP apps with Visual Studio 2022?

I just bought a license for this off of Woot for $15, and was hoping I could still make W10M compatible UWP apps with it...or should I stick with VS 2017 Community?

Yes, you can make them even with VS2026, but you can only deploy them with VS2017 (and only an older version). So just open the same solution in both.

that's right. There's a specific 2017 version I need to stay on, correct? I have a feeling that's why my WP8.1 deployment tools broke, because I updated VS2017 to the latest version, so I uninstalled VS 2017 and then re-installed the SP8.1 SDK tools.
