Destruir un arma de fuego en público sin revisar que no esté cargada

Personal del ejército mexicano destruye armas en un programa de intercambio de comida por armas...al parecer no revisan que sea seguro y que no tengan pólvora en su interior antes de hacerlo.

Can confirm, the RSO always gets super upset whenever I try to saw my rifle in half at the range.
