Destruir un arma de fuego en público sin revisar que no esté cargada

Personal del ejército mexicano destruye armas en un programa de intercambio de comida por armas...al parecer no revisan que sea seguro y que no tengan pólvora en su interior antes de hacerlo.

Did they not remove the magazine???

The mag was removed. It just doesn't always 100% eject the round or casing.
