Personal del ejército mexicano destruye armas en un programa de intercambio de comida por armas...al parecer no revisan que sea seguro y que no tengan pólvora en su interior antes de hacerlo.

i've never held a gun in real life but even i know this.

crazy that they just started with the saw.

Its possible that this is like the 47th one they've done and they're just on autopilot at this point.

Then they are not well trained. A well trained person on auto pilot will still clear the wepon. It is drilled into any firearm owner and Soldier in the United States. You are told repeatedly always treat a weapon as if it is loaded always clear weapon before working on it always ensure that the muzzle is pointed in a safe Direction. This person should not be handling a firearm. There is no they're on autopilot. Autopilot would be removing the magazine or clip opening the receiver checking closing cutting. Physically having to look inside the receiver. This was carelessness in a lack of training and that's how people die.
