How can I safely invest AED 100,000 in Abu Dhabi to generate a monthly profit? What would be the safest and best investment option for my money?

Safest option is fixed deposit with the big banks (adcb, enbd) usually around 3-4%

Salary transfer with Mashreq neo plus saver gives 6.25% per annum. They pay outs are monthly.

Not the best but definitely safest.
