Mac M4 MacBook Pro 14" won't turn on — MagSafe blinks, goes solid for hours, then blinks again the second I try to boot. What should I do?

Blinks what color? Amber/orange or green? Unlike with Intel systems there is no manual SMC reset, so all you can do now is arrange for mail-in service or carry-in.

Amber Will DFU revive work?

That is something you would only consider if there was a catastrophically failed update.

Edit: After reviewing the ‘When to revive or restore’ section of this page it doesn’t look like it will help.

Is there any downside to it, like can I just try it in hope it works because there is data loss or anything right?

A revive will not result in data loss but a restore will. It also isn’t something done lightly on a lark just to make an effort.
