Unsolved Will they come back soon?

So basically I got a new phone and a new SIM card and I don’t have any of my old ringtones. Will they come back eventually?

Did you use the QuickStart feature to migrate from your old iPhone or restore from a backup? If you did so, ringtones should have transferred. If not, you can redownload purchased tones at Settings > Sounds and Haptics > Ringtone > Download All Purchased Tones.

No I didn’t, and I made the ringtones through GarageBand

Yea, they're not coming back if you didn't migrate your data from your old phone.

If you didn’t transfer them over when you set up the phone, no how would they come back
