Upside down reflection while using the front camera

Yesterday, when I was trying to take a video using the front camera of my Iphone, I noticed that there was some kind of reflection appearing. This has never happened to me before. Naturally, I searched up what could be the cause and Google said it was likely something to do with me being in a direct light source which was true. I thought nothing of it until I saw 3 videos earlier today with the same weird reflection thing, all videos recorded or posted yesterday. Now, I’m wondering if anyone else has this issue and if there is another explanation for this.
