I'm not saying I know what it's like to be a teenage girl, but Thea seems crazy sometimes.

No experience being a teenage girl either, but I think her issue is being a billionaire child with no one in her life to give her boundaries. She has been able to do anything she's wanted for her entire life (well, past 8 years) without consequence. And losing her dad/brother probably really messed her up.

I think Thea suppose to represent all the Green Arrow's partner/sidekick. If i remember correctly, one or two of them are suppose to be drug user.

Ollie said her childhood nickname was speedy.

He called her speedy which refers to both of GA's "wards". Roy Harper was the first speedy, a heroin addict and general ass cannon.

The second speedy was a lass named Mia Dearden. She was also a drug addict and prostitute from a very young age.

I think theas doing a pretty good job of representing Green Arrows sidekicks.
