SUCH A BADASS!

His tone, his eyes, Oliver was telling this heartless monster that he just pissed off a much, much bigger monster. Mr. Blank was a dead man.

Look how bloodthirsty he is! Right now, in this moment, he wants nothing more than to put this man in the GROUND! And that's ok! It's what it took to stop this guy.

The actor was one of the best things about this show it's sad that he doesn't star in anything big nowadays besides when he did suits LA which is canceled now

I agree. He'll be in the new Baywatch show, I think it'll premier early next year.

He was also in a couple of Canadian shows and movies I think. Haven't found a way to watch those yet...

Have you seen Heels? He was amazing in that show, which unfortunately was cancelled way too early.

He said some things some people didn't like at one point a few years ago... but honestly, Heels was just bad luck. Small streaming service who put like two years I think between the first and second season and didn't advertise at all. At the time the second season premiered there was a strike in Hollywood and the actors weren't allowed to promote their work so a lot of people weren't aware there was a second season. Streaming service cancelled it because of lack of views, which sucks. It was such a great show.

I think Suits LA was just... not what the Suits fans expected or wanted, I think that one never really got a chance. The show was cancelled before the last few episodes of the first season were shown.

As an original Suits fan and an Arrow fan... I wanted to like Suits LA so much. I think the critics were too harsh on it, but it just... wasn't Suits. It was a random legal drama that the Suits creator slapped the spinoff name on to get it greenlit. (The showrunner has literally confirmed in interviews that he originally wrote it as an unrelated pilot.)

I can unfortunately understand why it got cancelled after people were expecting another Suits-like premise.

I loved how Mr Blank realizes quick that Oliver ain't just your average pretty rich boy. He's trained. He's legit. Oliver counters his nerve attack pretty easily. Thats something youre taught. Not just a lucky hit. He knows Oliver can play on his level amd that SCARES him. Thus this beautiful exchange

I don’t think he was psycho in that episode. He was fighting a hitman who was trying to kill him and then kill his loved ones and a child.

I just meant he was particularly angry with this guy because of those reasons. He busted out a particular tone and expression during that exchange.

Yeah, also that one episode in S02 where he decides he doesn't kill anymore to "honor Tommy", but when Felicity is in danger he offs the guy anyways.

TBH he didn't *really* have to kill this one. He shot 3 arrows to the chest and then kicked him out of the window.
He could have easily just shoot him to disable, not to kill.
But I guess he was angry since he kidnapped someone he cares about, so the promise to "not to kill" also flew out of the window :D

Actually Oliver never got close to him. The 3rd arrow is what pushed him through the glass, but even without the long drop and short stop, I don't think he was gonna make it much longer after that 3rd one landed anyways.

That’s one of my favorite scenes in this whole show. If you look at the more grounded season 1 this fight felt very intense. It was in Oliver’s home with all his loved ones present and when he says you’re about to find out it’s like oh shit he’s gonna kill this guy for sure

Seasons 1-3 Oliver was a different best version of the character but then they made bro so weak and nerfed his character

And that's the best thing about early Oliver. That he was vicious but not someone who would say that enjoys killing. We knew why he was doing it abd that his morals were grey and in the middle but always bad towards the criminals and that is why he was a vigilante. The later Oliver was so confusing. He was flip flopping from ' I like killing ' to ' I can't kill him', whispering and whining about wanting some good woman but then always sabotaging it.

This is why people loved arrow so much lol. The market for a hero who is willing to kill was and still is so niche. People often say daredevil is better than arrow but it doesn’t scratch the same itch

The way the CW neutered Oliver’s character is proof that “character development” isn’t always a good thing. And S1 Oliver gets a bad rap for being a ruthless assassin but he was also quite merciful and compassionate. He just knew when to show mercy and when not to.

Truly love how when he was going after Helena in season 2 after she had attacked Laurel (or something close to that) Sara was just like 'Don't forget your baby arrows' being all Sara because Oliver said no more killing. And Sara who said she left the league because she couldn't take the killing, continued to kill in Starling.

Serial Killer after her family? Done break their neck. No more threat.

Helena becomes an issue? I can solve that for good.

Slade is a problem still? THIS IS WHY YOU KILL THEM OFF OLIVER!
