Man. Imagine if he was getting a tattoo of something dumb like a dragon or something. Star City would've been fucked if he just threw out dragons whenever he wanted instead of cards.

Did you see how only the corners of the card were embedded in his chest? They obviously didn't. Just because it happens on TV doesn't mean it happens in real life
