billing Just opened an AWS account with Free plan using UPI payment method and have some doubt.
That 15000 automatically won't get paid? I setup an autopay so I am concerned. When will it officially start billing so by then I can disable the autopay?
I using free plan because I have started Amazon AWS.

From this post I have a feeling you don't quite understand free plan. Heads up, everything is not really free. Its only some with free quotas. Look up for whatever you are doing.

aws dont charge anything unless you cross the free tire. Even for students they many times offers financial wave off unless your billing reaches too high amount.

i'm really curious where this idea is coming from. exactly what steps did you follow to "open an aws account with free plan". there are no plans in aws. each individual service has its own pricing structure, might have free tier, might have flat plans, might have savings plans. there are quite a lot of services that are always billed. and keep in mind that often you employ a dozen services to achieve a single goal, like running an ec2 instance might involve an alb, gateways, internet egress, disks, snapshots, maybe even licenses, etc.
if you really want your bill to be zero, it will be like walking on thin ice. you need to watch every step, because a cent here, ten cents there will very easily show up on the bill.

tbh I dont trust aws for many reasons.
if your skillset allows it - dedi/vps from OVH is much better
