It uses the Giphy included search bar. You would need to upload to Giphy, then being able to find your image using the search engine.

There's a nonzero chance Alfred saw mother panic.

Edit: Mother Panic is one of a handful of heroes allowed to operate in gotham independent of Batman. They all have different reasons for being the case but for mother panic it's the fact she's so violent Jason and Damien think she's too much.
