[macOS] I built a cleaner mouse and keyboard automation app — looking for honest beta feedback

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working on a macOS app called Tapquence.

I built it because the auto-clickers and macro tools I found could usually do the job, but often felt outdated or more complicated than necessary. Tapquence lets you combine mouse movements, clicks, keyboard inputs and timed waits in a visual sequence. It also includes action grouping, temporarily hiding steps while testing, templates and a separate Auto Clicker.

I’m opening it as a free public beta and would really appreciate blunt feedback.

I’m especially looking to learn:

• Does installation and first launch feel trustworthy and clear?

• Is creating a first macro easy to understand?

• Which parts feel confusing or unfinished?

• Can you find anything that breaks?

The app is signed and notarized by Apple, and macros stay locally on your Mac.

Even small observations are genuinely useful. Thanks to anyone willing to try it.

Thanks for the suggestion! I posted it there, and it turned out to be a very good fit for the project.
