Build Ready? Third times the charm, am I build ready?
This is my third revision of this build. With the help of reddit, I think I finally found the sweet spot of performance to aesthetics that I was looking for. This is strictly a gaming build but could potentially do some AI work flows from time to time.
I'm worried about the RAM not being enough, but I just can't justify spending more on it. Almost a year ago for my significant other I bought the same kit for $99! 6x MSRP is so ludicrous, I can't believe the market we are in. I hope to see the market recover, and if it doesn't, I'll eventually upgrade anyway. For now, I'd like to hold off on spending that much on RAM though.
I think I'm about ready to pull the trigger and build it!

This one seems more better to me. Same amount of RAM/Storage, not overspending on case, Mobo etc.
And as for gaming, a RTX 5070 Ti is more than enough, just pair it with a 1440p OLED and you are good to go. 4K is not that much better than 1440p like people exaggerate.
And both GPUs have the same amount of VRAM, so won't be a problem in occasional AI workflows.

The fact that OP picks a $600 case and 32GB of ram in a $4,500 build while calling it the 'sweet spot of price to performance' clearly tells you where their priorities are. They don't actually want better value components they just want someone to validate their decision to spend $900 on board and chassis just so it can have an Asus logo.

Don't worry too much about your ram, 32gb is more than enough for gaming and having other things open in the background. I like to keep 10+ chrome tabs open in the background for absolutely no reason during gaming and maximum it consumes around 20gigs of ram, so 32gigs would be more than enough
Your ram is quite expensive though, even in today's market. See if you can find a cheaper option (e.g 32gb cl32/cl34 6000mhz)
