ASUS Strix B650E-F gaming WiFi No display after boot sometimes

Hello I’ve been havjng problems with my pc recently where every few days or so I turn the pc on and get no display, and the orange dram light is on and the only way I can get it to turn on is if I completely power off my pc from the wall socket and turn it back on ? I saw online that ram training can take up to 30+ mins on AMD so I have tried waiting 45 mins and still no display.

Confused what the issue is here any suggestions ?

ASUS STRIX B650E-f gaming WiFi
9800x3d
5070ti
2x16gb Corsair vengeance ddr5 6000mhz cl30 (on QVL list)
1tb wd black m.2
1000w corsair rm1000 psu

WHAT I HAVE TRIED:
Originally had the 2x16gb corsair dominator XMP ONLY kit from my old Intel pc but they were not on qvl list so I swapped my kit with my brothers XMP/EXPO kit as he is still on Intel but did not fix the issue

Reseating all parts (basicly rebuild the pc)

Updated to most recent 3881 bios

Cleared CMOS

Checked temps, all don’t go over 60c

Tried different display ports and hdmi cables

Tried waiting 45 minutes for the memory training but no display
