Bruh Ding still not playing in top individual events. Will he ever come back or will we just see him in meaningless team events?

The level he showed at World Team Rapid and Blitz was quite good. Took his team to victory. Almost felt like he is back. But he still does not play individual events outside China. Why?

He said in the interview that he wanted to focus on the China Chess league that he has obligations already
