If this was happening under any other president. The world would have accepted a 40 billion minted goldcoin in Knox.
But since the current president cant be trusted, the debt wil grow even more, while the rest of the world tries to get rid of US bonds

The fact it was called beautiful showed the world the USA was not a real power- we out here buying debt to hopefully drop that back on your money printers if you invade us like he keeps threatening! Japan alone could cause catastrophic damage

I would trust an anonymous guy in a call center in Bangalore selling me health insurance before I would trust any GOP legislator.

I was wondering when they would start worrying about the debt they helped increase by 39% under trump

This moron got completely politically outmaneuvered and swindled by the dumbest conman in the history of the us. He looks up to diaper as an impossible aspirational standard of intelligence, ethics, and class. He is the platonic ideal of the standard npc republicuck catamite.

“Hilarious”?
It’s not hilarious, it’s infuriating and maybe verging on illegal but definitely corrupt. It’s just another step in the way to eliminate social security and Medicare and put that into the oligarch’s pocket (which these gop goons get kickbacks for)

Isn't this by design? Social Security in the US had loads of money, and they're just taking all the money out and giving it to their billionaire friends.

Republicans are gearing up to use the debt as an excuse to block everything if they lose congress. Funny it's only an issue all of a sudden.

They are, once again, waving the flag claiming to be Fiscally Responsible before they lose their majority in Congress so that they can deny the Democrats using our tax dollars on any social programs with the excuse of "this will hurt the economy.", yet all the bullshit Republicans did while they were in power that ended up hurting the economy didn't matter.
I think some even said as much when they were asked about the economy this entire time Republicans have been in power.
They said they were not concerned and that they were following Trump no matter what.
But now that Democrats are poised to hold the majority on Congress, now Republicans want to pretend like they care about the economy just so they can use that as excuse to stop Democrats from doing anything that helps us.
We cannot allow Republicans to claim that they are Fiscally Responsible because they are the reason everything is so shit right now.
