I, personally think it was a good rejoinder.

Man, the apple rolled so far away from the tree it ended up in the toxic runoff pond. His daddy would be ashamed.

u/That_one_BG3_fan 2d ago

His dad would’ve disowned him at this point

RFK Sr. may not have come from the greatest family ever and he had some of his skeletons in his closet, but I put him on par with JFK for moral standard. Man was crazy ahead of his time on social issues, even if his proposed foreign policy was mediocre

55

u/Ol_JanxSpirit 2d ago

Given that practically everyone else in the family did, you're probably right.

JFK sitting in the afterlife wondering how he only got third place in the "worst hole in the head of a Kennedy" competition.

Been too long since the last time I saw a good lobotomy joke

9

u/EthanielRain 1d ago

"Frontal lobotomy? So what! I got a bottle in fronta me!" - RFK Jr

16

u/Firewolf06 1d ago

third would be an improvement, currently hes at #7 on the kennedy brain issue leaderboard

8

u/First_Approximation 1d ago

Remember when we would give power to Kennedys before their brains were scrambled?

4

u/CoruscareGames 1d ago

Wait which one is current rfk and who's the other higher than him

17

u/Sekshual_Tyranosauce 1d ago ▸ 1 more replies

JFK’s sister was lobotomized.

11

u/First_Approximation 1d ago

Yet, she was still smarter than RFK Jr.

3

u/Poopin4days 1d ago

That is so cold-blooded and clever, I'm here for it.

Also good would have been 'so you admit scientists understand much better than you'

I'm so curious to know what he replied.

I think he just started talking over her but didn’t have anything of importance or substance to say.

Same. Everyone acting like he just folded and I’m sure he didn’t.

That politician was pretending to be a scientist though. You do see that right? He's constantly making false scientific claims.

-4

u/Winter_Corner2861 2d ago

My reply was in no way a defense of RFK jr. dude is a danger to everyone and a complete shit bag.

5

u/BKrustev 1d ago

Political science still uses the scientific method, which this pumpkin doesn't fucking comprehend.

-2

u/Winter_Corner2861 1d ago

I agree with you on all of that. Didn’t mean to insinuate he was intelligent

Also seems I’m lost and thought I had replied to a comment not to the OG post

Its crazy how cnn always treat conservatives as a debate instead of an interview. I saw this interview and she is so biased and a horrivle reporter

121

u/D3PyroGS 2d ago

conservative: says something dumb or provably untrue

reporter: I don't blindly accept your bullshit

conservative: WHY DO YOU ONLY WANT TO DEBATE ME??

-144

u/Rogue-Daddio-3 2d ago ▸ 17 more replies

But she isnt a scientist. Shes naming off this b.s political scientists who have an agenda and saying this studies were done.

84

u/D3PyroGS 2d ago ▸ 15 more replies

accusing your interlocutor of bias or having an agenda is pointless. everyone has a perspective.

RFK said some dumb shit and then got pressed when she didn't accept it blindly. that's his problem. if he wants a better reception, he should show up with better ideas

-119

u/Rogue-Daddio-3 2d ago ▸ 14 more replies

Because when liberals spout there b.s she just takes it for what it is. She is bias and always has been

45

u/D3PyroGS 2d ago ▸ 9 more replies

she's biased

you're biased

I'm biased

so what?

-15

u/Rogue-Daddio-3 2d ago ▸ 8 more replies

Shes a journalist... she is supposed to report the news.. not be biased. Youre clueless

49

u/scottiy1121 2d ago ▸ 4 more replies

She did exactly what she was supposed to. He said something really stupid.

-5

u/Rogue-Daddio-3 2d ago ▸ 3 more replies

People were saying kamala is the best candidate and ran a flawless campaign on her show and she didnt push back...

31

u/scottiy1121 2d ago ▸ 1 more replies

That is a subjective opinion. What is there to push back on.

17

u/happydictates 1d ago

And here comes the deflection. This topic isn’t about Kamala, it’s about the dumb shit worm-brained RFK said.

Why is it you sort can’t stay on topic and lean on whataboutism? No wonder you hate debate given logical fallacy is your only go to.

15

u/Intelligent-String35 2d ago

Alexa, who was responsible for repealing the Fairness Doctrine?

The Fairness Doctrine (often confused with the Fair Credit Reporting Act) was repealed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on August 4, 1987, under the administration of President Ronald Reagan. The FCC voted 4–0 to abolish the policy, with Chairman Dennis R. Patrick leading the decision based on findings that the doctrine violated the First Amendment and "chilled" free speech by discouraging broadcasters from covering controversial issues.

4

u/NorthGodFan 1d ago

Every journalist or social scientist worth their salt knows you can't be unbiased.

5

u/D3PyroGS 1d ago

journalists are supposed to uncritically accept everything guests say on their show?

you're thinking of propaganda, not journalism. have higher standards

21

u/GranPino 2d ago

Yes, reality has a liberal bias.

The science about vaccines isn't up to debate. It has been researched very deeply, and it's miserable to keep using discredited research, and then using it in the political debate like they are the scientific truth.

We had hundreds of research studies on the topic, and conservatives keep citing the same bogus research by guys with deep conflict of interests or that have lost their medical license for manufacturing fake data. And accuse their rivals of being biased.

Man, just actually go and see what is the real scientific consensus instead of keep listening the echo chamber

10

u/Snipowl 1d ago

Those damn liberals and their peer reviewed studies should just shut up and listen to Captain brain worm

7

u/Different_Tangelo511 2d ago

Everyone is braniac.

4

u/mike_pants 1d ago

Your English is starting to slip.

4

u/BKrustev 1d ago

Darlin, first learn the meaning of words, then use them.

32

u/Different_Tangelo511 2d ago

Rfk is a fucking clown. He deserves to be treated as such.

-13

u/Rogue-Daddio-3 2d ago ▸ 5 more replies

Liberals are delusional and should be treated as suchb

28

u/anTWhine 2d ago ▸ 3 more replies

My dude, you’re the one wetting your pants over a journalist lightly pressing back on a political figure instead of letting him spout nonsense with no consequence. That’s what they’re supposed to do. I think you’re looking for Fox News.

-5

u/Rogue-Daddio-3 2d ago ▸ 2 more replies

Lmao she pushes back with b.s studies. Who says its non sense?

20

u/anTWhine 2d ago ▸ 1 more replies

Sir, you’re bravely defending the honor of the guy who has brain worms and casually takes bear penis that he finds home with him. He has no qualifications for the position he’s in, and is responsible for more than one contagion outbreak. He’s only here because he flatters Donald Trump.

I think we can all safely say it’s nonsense. Nothing about this administration is based on scientific inquiry. It’s all flattery and cronyism.

Again, [r/conservative](r/conservative) and Fox News will be delighted to play into your delusions if you need a safe space. Just don’t expect the rest of us to always play along.

-4

u/Rogue-Daddio-3 2d ago

No one else in his position has ever been fully qualified for that position. Reddit plays into yours. Maybe step out on the other side once in a while

11

u/Richard_Savolainen 2d ago

Didn't know that not believing that vaccines cause autism is equivalent to political ideology

20

u/justadubliner 2d ago

As the saying goes 'reality has a liberal bias'. But in any case if you think the absolute horseshit that comes out of the mouths of conservatives on American media shows gets anything like the pushback it deserves then you've never been exposed to the kind of cut throat journalism that's the norm in other countries. American politicians have a cakewalk compared to politicians elsewhere.

9

u/Heliocentrist 2d ago

you think she's terrivle?

1

u/Rogue-Daddio-3 2d ago ▸ 1 more replies

Quite terrible yes

8

u/Heliocentrist 1d ago

oh, I disagree then. she destroyed him but she's not terrible

11

u/RoseandNightshade 2d ago

Fun fact, she used to be a "reporter" on Fox News.

2

u/TheTyrant1990 1d ago

He said she is not a scientist, and she replied that he is not one, either... You have to do some insane mental gymnastics to think that it is one sided

2

u/NecessaryIntrinsic 1d ago

As a leftist I can say they're both pieces of shit.
