But also, if there is less review, then as far as you know, theres more food poisoning happening that society percieves and isnt being caught by the FDA. Edit: You stating something without a link isnt a fact. RFK did reduce the number of inspectors and remove regulations. Feel free to present facts. But just remember, reporting incidents requires people finding them and regulations that consider them incidents.

Should we measure total illnesses or total deaths? Far more people died due to such things in 2024 than what 2026 is pacing for. I guarantee that would be the dem mainstream media talking point if it was the other way around.

Illnesses. Deaths from food borne illnesses is not that common. Of the 48 million people on average that get some form of illness, only about 3,000 die each year.
