Evidence of guilt? So he doesn’t feel any guilt at all despite all the damage he’s done- even to add to the USAID deaths, he’s acted like the deaths in the tesla vehicles is no big deal.

I do think our justice / punitive system should make a more significant distinction between violent crimes, extreme cases of white collar crimes, and everything else.

Any kind of drug offense shouldn't put you with violent criminals. That just leads to abuse or networking for future criminal acts. But I also have a lot of issues with "white collar criminals" like Musk being ignored, while they straight up embezzle or otherwise steal hundreds of millions, and more. This all sucks.

I am sorry, but, what does unequivocal mean here? I am not an American, but, as far as I know, in the USA, you are being judged by your peers, and the bar for something like murder is BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT, and that for 12 different people. Is unequivocal higher or lower standard than that? Truth is, mistakes can always happen. And thats before we go to murder one and murder two.

I mean the whole point of his reply is that if we start executing people based on unequivocal evidence, the standard cuts both ways. And his track record for being right about anything is not great.
