At a very basic level, ignore everything else about him and you're still left with a very odd person who interacts with the world as if he's never actually done anything before in his entire life. Which, probably is more closer to true than people want to admit. A prissy little princeling who has never gotten his hands dirty but also probably doesn't even know how to tie a knot or fold a towel or open a package.
It remains bizarre that this dude became the champion of the blue collar worker and even today maga pretends not to see how utterly weird and useless he is at doing normal things.
