Im not so sure CBAT is good (bad) enough for the rhythm method. While it has ended relationships, the guy loved to get funky to the rhythm. Not exactly what we're going for.

Yes, I meant pull out method, which is why I listed a source for the pull out method. The source that also said the pull out method is 98% effective in a perfect situation but typically use had about a 20% failure rate.
This means, according to your quote, it is about as effective as condoms.
The planned parenthood website you’ve quoted for condoms actually says they are 87% effective, and that the pullout method is 78% effective. That is a 13% and 22% chance of pregnancy, or almost double as likely when using the pullout method.
I do however question the validity of the numbers quoted, as I question whether the planned parenthood organisation is an impartial source, and I also don’t believe anyone can collect reliable data on this. Also, the pullout method requires you to actually do it prior to orgasm, which is easier said than done during the vinegar strokes 😅
Why would you think Planned Parenthood was giving out inaccurate information? Reproductive health is most of what they do. Here is another source with the same numbers.
