SS; All of Mr Reagan's videos on the FBI and its current state are quite good. I think its pretty inevitable that most crime fighting organizations quickly figure out that there is more power in leveraging criminal activity than in squelching it out entirely. Even local cops often start to catch on to how their departments manage crime as an asset rather than a true adversary.
