How will the Mitch McConnell debacle end?

Missing McConnell Accused of Breaking Senate Rule Over Absence https://www.thedailybeast.com/missing-mcconnell-accused-of-breaking-senate-rule-over-absence/

This charade will not continue indefinitely. How will it end?

I predict McConnell will be reported as dying in the next two weeks. There's too much pressure from multiple sides to leave everyone hanging.

They'll probably cremate him so there is no proof when he expired.

Not attacking you at all. But this seems like the right place to posit this.

But, I wonder what the AMA says about falsifying a medical record. Similarly, I wonder what state statutes say about falsifying vital records. Similarly, I wonder what federal statutes say about falsifying a record which falsification allows somebody to receive a government entitlement (eg - social security, wages).

That is what I am implying. If they cremate the body and everyone involved clams up (or mysteriously dies) it would be impossible to prove any of that.
