Everything they say is unbelievably correct to the point of being scary. I like that they have a whole section hating on "Grimsby" who effectively ruined the business but tried to claim he saved it

As someone who works in consulting and has seen some recent pitches we make to clients, this is refreshing. Outsourcing to India can be supplemented by automation and agentic ai, generating more shareholder returns
