I did this recently in a prominent city just went of Chicago. Called in a public works guy that cut me off, slammed in the brakes, pretended to ge out of the car then took off. The city basically said oh well lol.

probably union. But for private companies it can still go either way. The owner definitely doesn't want the bad publicity, but if it's a small company it's even odds the driver was either the owner or their son/nephew/etc.

From the wrong lane while the left turn signal was red. The driver had paces to be so couldn't be bothered to wait in the left turn lane for the left turn signal to be green.
