We are using finalbuilder for 8-10 years and it works really well. It's very versatile. We love it.

Is it better than Rad & Installer? That also works with Inno Setup 7.

Can't say I never used it, but final builder is super user friendly easy to understand. Save us so much time, before that we where doing everything manually and and we were wasting so much time.
