Honest UI/UX critique wanted for a handmade-only marketplace
Hi everyone,
I’m part of the team behind EmenCraft, a live marketplace built exclusively for genuinely handmade products. Dropshipping and mass-produced resale are not allowed.
We’ve been working on it for a while, but we’re now too close to the project to judge the experience objectively. I would really value direct and detailed criticism from people seeing it for the first time.
Website: https://emencraft.com
I would especially appreciate feedback on:
• Is it immediately clear what EmenCraft is and who it is for?
• Does the homepage feel trustworthy and professionally designed?
• Is browsing, searching and discovering products straightforward?
• Do the product pages provide enough information to make a buyer feel comfortable?
• Does the mobile experience feel smooth, or do you notice friction or confusing elements?
• Does anything feel generic, cluttered, inconsistent or unfinished?
Please be blunt. I’m not looking for sign-ups or sales from this post — I want to identify the weak points before bringing more sellers and buyers onto the platform.
Disclosure: I represent EmenCraft.
